Goddess Athena Itonia
A coin that portrays the goddess Athina Itonia has been selected as a logo for CE.RE.TE.TH. The “International” sanctuary of the goddess was found in Philia, 18 km south-east of the city of Karditsa, next to a river called Sofaditiko and was found in 1964 by the archaeologist Dimitrios Theoharis.
